Is there a fixed fee or a contract?
No. No monthly fee, no setup fee and no contract. You can stop at any time.
Who pays the €0.99 service fee?
The buyer. It’s clearly shown at checkout and added on top of the ticket price. You receive the full ticket price.
Who pays card processing fees?
Milligate. Payment processing and payout costs via Stripe are covered by the service fee and are not deducted from you.
What happens when a ticket is cancelled?
The buyer gets the ticket price and service fee back and the ticket becomes available again. The cancelled ticket’s amount is not paid out to you.
Can I run free events?
