Delete account & data

How to delete your Milligate account and associated data.

In the app

1. Open the Milligate app and log in.
2. In the profile tab, tap “Account settings”.
3. Choose “Delete account”, type the confirmation word and confirm.

By email

Email us from your account’s email address at ketaneren@gmail.com with the subject “Delete account”. We delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted – and what isn’t

• Deleted: user account, name, email address, settings, push token and all data no longer needed.
• Retained: receipts and booking records of past purchases, which we must keep for 7 years by law. They are anonymised and not used for anything else.
• Tickets that are still valid expire with the deletion. Cancel them beforehand if you want a refund.
